I had the pleasure of sitting with MP Mr. Daniel Kawczynski, who is originally from Poland, and Zola, the son of the former president of Mongolia.
And I spoke with George Byczynski, senior advisor serving Daniel, who’s also from Poland. This is what he had to say about yesterday’s missile attack, which killed two in Poland.
Putin may be just testing NATO’s unity and our reactions. We must flex muscles, and we must show solidarity. Perhaps Article 4 should be triggered (these are simply consultations - not Article 5, which means striking back).
Putin may be testing to see if we are weak. He’s losing his war in Ukraine, so that he may be desperate.
Anyway, we need to keep our cool. This really may just be an unfortunate mistake. Let’s just make sure he never attempts such a mistake again. We need to send a strong signal.
